Our History

Automated Home Systems (AHS) originated in the heart and mind of James Oderkirk, President of AHS, in the mid-1980’s. Jim founded AHS in October 2003, after waiting for the industry’s technology to elevate to the level demanded by today’s customers. Jim has assembled a team that combines dozens of years of experience in design, engineering, programming and customer service. Partnering this experienced team with award-winning products and manufacturers, AHS will continue to provide exciting products and solutions.
